Data controller: Alessio Zucchi (True Path Experience), RUC 15615836769, Av. 9 de Noviembre, Urubamba, Cusco, Peru.
This policy explains how True Path Experience collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and clients, in accordance with Peru's Law N° 29733 (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales) and its regulations.
We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide when contacting us, requesting a booking, or using our consulting services: full name, email address, phone number / WhatsApp, country of origin, travel dates, number of travellers, and any information you choose to share regarding your travel preferences or needs.
Your data is used exclusively to: respond to your enquiries, prepare and manage travel proposals and bookings, coordinate with local guides and operators necessary to deliver the requested experience, and send service-related communications (booking confirmations, itinerary details, payment reminders).
With your separate and optional consent (a box that is never pre-ticked on our forms) we may send you news, offers and travel ideas by email. This consent is not needed to use our services or to book. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@truepathexperience.com or with the unsubscribe link in our emails. We record the date, the text you accepted and the IP address from which you gave your consent.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We share the minimum necessary information with local guides, operators and accommodation providers strictly for the purpose of organising and delivering your booked experience.
We also rely on technical service providers: payments are processed by Stripe (we never see or store your card details), and our website, database and email are hosted with Hostinger. If we use an external newsletter tool in the future, only contacts who have given their marketing consent will be sent to it.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the requested service and to comply with applicable tax and accounting obligations under Peruvian law.
Contact and enquiry data are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them. Marketing consent data are kept until you withdraw your consent. Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@truepathexperience.com or via WhatsApp at +51 919042641.
If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including data portability, restriction of processing and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Peru, the National Authority for Personal Data Protection).
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
