True Path Experience offers travel consulting and the sale of curated travel packages and experiences, working with vetted local guides and operators. Depending on the service, True Path Experience may act as the direct provider of the experience, or as an intermediary facilitating a booking with an independent local operator or agency. The applicable role and the corresponding terms will be specified at the time of sale for each package or experience.
Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified availability, you have received written confirmation, and the required deposit has been received in accordance with our Payment Policy.
You are responsible for: holding a valid passport and any required visas, obtaining adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation, disclosing any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation in physical activities (trekking, high-altitude travel), and complying with the laws and customs of the destination country.
True Path Experience is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, political instability, or government restrictions. Where True Path Experience acts as an intermediary, we are not liable for the independent acts or omissions of the third-party operator or agency providing the experience, beyond our duty to select reputable partners.
All content on this website (text, images, itineraries, design) is the property of True Path Experience or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cusco, Peru.

The specific cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of sale of each travel package or experience, as they may vary depending on the type of service and on whether True Path Experience is the direct provider or is acting as an intermediary.
Where True Path Experience is the direct provider, the following general schedule applies unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking, calculated from the scheduled start date of your experience:
When True Path Experience acts as an intermediary facilitating a booking with an independent local agency or operator, the cancellation and refund conditions of that partner apply. These conditions will be shared with you in writing before you confirm the booking, and may differ from the schedule above.
In the rare event that we must cancel or significantly modify a confirmed experience due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
In case of cancellation due to causes beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, pandemics, extreme weather), we will work with you to reschedule where possible. Refunds in these cases depend on the cancellation policies of the relevant local partners and third-party providers, and may not be 100% recoverable.
To cancel a booking, please contact us in writing at hello@truepathexperience.com or via WhatsApp at +51 919042641, stating your booking reference. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
