My name is Alessio Zucchi.
Over the past few years, I've spent more time outside Italy than within it.
A year across Asia, three seasons in Spain, and for nearly a year now I've made my home in Peru, in the Sacred Valley of the Andes.
I left without a clear plan.
I simply felt that something was missing — and that staying still wouldn't give it to me.
It wasn't easy, but over time I understood something: "traveling" doesn't really transform you.
Transformation happens when you do it with a certain quality of attention — toward the places, toward the people you meet, toward what you feel changing inside while you're away from home. That quality doesn't depend on how many places you see or how many days you have: it depends on how you manage to be present in what you're living.
I've also come to understand that you don't need a sabbatical year to feel something real.
Sometimes a small fragment is enough — a meeting, a moment in the right place, a different way of spending a day — to return with a perspective you didn't have before you left.
True Path is born from this. From years spent understanding what makes a journey something that stays with you.
We identify and verify authentic local experiences — then we craft your itinerary and connect you directly with the operators who run them.
Every experience I offer is guided by someone born and raised in that territory. I minimize interactions with multinational operators and activities created for tourists, prioritizing people who know these places from within.
True Path receives a commission from local operators outside Peru. This is not changing the price you pay — and it funds our selection and curation work, as well as our commitment to social and environmental projects with local communities.
True Path Experience is a licensed travel agency in Perú, independent travel curator and personal travel consultant. All experiences are managed by authorized local tourism operators. For trips outside of Perú, True Path acts exclusively as a curator and intermediary.
